About the role
To drive significant revenue growth, the part-time contract Fractional Head of Growth will build and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at increasing annual recurring revenue (ARR) from $700K to $3M, overseeing all aspects of the marketing funnel including awareness, demand generation, and conversion. Key responsibilities Develop and implement a marketing strategy focused on achieving $3M ARR Manage the full marketing funnel, including awareness, demand generation, trial conversion, and customer expansion Collaborate with design teams and advertising agencies to coordinate marketing efforts and track key performance metrics Required qualifications Proven experience scaling a B2B or B2G SaaS company, ideally from $1M to $3M ARR Strong understanding of product-led or trial-driven SaaS business models Experience in markets where the buyer is not a typical tech audience, with preference for govtech or edtech sectors Ability to analyze and drive metrics such as MRR growth and trial-to-paid conversion rates Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns, direct mail outreach, and industry conference participation
