About the role
Seeking a hands-on Fractional Finance & Strategy Lead, this full-time remote position will build financial models, analyze unit economics, and support data-driven decision-making across the company. Key responsibilities Build financial models, projections, and scenario plans to inform company strategy Analyze customer data and unit economics to guide hiring and growth plans Prepare materials for investor updates and manage relationships with investors Required qualifications Recent experience in hands-on Finance/Strategy/BizOps roles at early-stage, VC-backed startups (Seed through C) Background in investment banking, management consulting, or similar strategic finance roles Proficiency in financial modeling and projections, particularly for SaaS products Experience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS metrics Ability to work on an hourly basis, tracking hours efficiently
