This is a remote, contract role for a Fractional CEO. The Fractional CEO will lead strategic initiatives, oversee financial and operational performance, develop business and sales plans, and provide vision and direction to drive company growth and success. The role includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Finance and Operations Management
• Proven experience in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Track record of success in Sales and driving revenue growth
• Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience as a CEO, senior executive, or in a similar leadership role preferred
• Advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is a plus
