The role itself is something special. We call it Fractional CEO — not business coach — because there's a real difference. We join the companies we work with. We sit at their table. We work on real numbers, recommend real strategies, and see them through. The impact is tangible and the work is never the same twice.
We also give our coaches a ton of autonomy. You'll carry a portfolio of 18–24 companies and we trust you to organize your schedule your own way. The coaches we work with work hard — not because we're watching, but because they genuinely care about their clients.

We're figuring out how to implement AI in meaningful ways, how to create a more scalable and shareable coaching model, and how to make an impact on the lawn care industry that actually lasts.
