We are looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Director of IT to help scale the systems, tools, and infrastructure that keep our business running.
This is not a “sit back and delegate” leadership role. We’re looking for someone who can jump between troubleshooting employee tech issues, partnering with vendors, supporting data and reporting initiatives, and helping build scalable systems for a rapidly expanding retail organization.
What You Bring & Will Own
• Lead and support day-to-day IT operations for employees and leadership teams
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support across hardware, software, and systems (both at the store level and the corporate office)
• Partner with consultants and vendors on system implementations, integrations, and ongoing support
• Support data infrastructure initiatives including SQL, Data Warehousing, and Data Lake environments
• Help maintain and improve reporting and analytics tools including PowerBI and DataBricks
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Leadership teams
• Support integrations and backend functionality connected to POS systems and operational tools
• Develop backup and recovery plans for store IT systems
• Assist with API and integration troubleshooting using tools such as Postman
• Prioritize urgent issues while balancing longer-term projects and infrastructure improvements
• Help establish scalable processes as the company continues rapid expansion
Experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting IT operations within a fast-paced, high growth environment
• Strong working knowledge of SQL, data systems, and reporting tools
• Experience with PowerBI, DataBricks, and API/integration troubleshooting preferred
• Comfortable operating in both strategic and hands-on support capacities
• Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency
• Experience working with external vendors and consultants
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical teams
• Self-starter mentality with the ability to adapt in a high-growth environment
