About the role
Citrine Informatics is seeking an experienced Fractional Contract Manager to own commercial contract review for our go-to-market team. This is a fully remote contractor engagement at ~10 hours per week, with flexibility to scale as needed. You will review NDAs, MSAs, and order forms, draft playbooks, and guide internal stakeholders on contract language and risk. Prior in-house SaaS experience and strong negotiation skills are essential.
