- ·Part-Time 5 hrs/week Remote, with occasional on-site visits Washington, DC
- ·Provost is a community-driven restaurant in Washington, DC, built on healthy, organic, locally sourced food and a culture of creativity. As we prepare for a major expansion, we’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented associate to help us put our customer data and brand voice to work. The Marketing Associate is responsible for Provost’s customer database and social media content. This is a hands-on, part-time role working directly with Provost’s founder and owner. - ·Key Responsibilities
- ·CRM Management
- ·Maintain, organize, and optimize Provost’s CRM tool to ensure accurate, up-to-date customer records.
- ·Identify and implement opportunities to improve CRM workflows and overall data quality.
- ·Support cross-functional integration of customer data across marketing and guest loyalty initiatives.
- ·Customer Database
- ·Review and analyze customer surveys to extract meaningful, actionable operational and marketing insights.
- ·Build and maintain a structured customer database to support personalized outreach campaigns.
- ·Organize customer data in a clean format that directly supports future loyalty and retention programs.
- ·Social Media
- ·Develop, capture, and schedule engaging content across Provost’s Instagram and other social platforms.
- ·Ensure all content reflects Provost’s brand identity, culture, and community values, building on our brand kit.
- ·Monitor engagement metrics and provide basic performance insights to refine social strategy.
- ·Qualifications & Skills
- ·2–3 years in digital marketing, social media management, or CRM administration. Experience in hospitality and working with small businesses a plus.
- ·Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms and customer databases.
- ·Knowledge of the Washington, DC restaurant scene, trends, and community events. Familiarity with Woodridge, where Provost is located, a plus.
- ·Proficiency with social scheduling tools, basic photo/video editing apps, CRM, Canva.
- ·Highly organized, data-driven, creative, and excited about expanding the reach of our small business.
