About the role
• The company is hiring a fractional Pre‑Sales / GTM Engineer to support an AI‑powered predictive oversight, governance, and decision‑intelligence SaaS platform. This role is critical to convert interest into pilot customers and to advance strategic partner/OEM conversations in the coming months as the company scales.
• Immediate start. Fractional engagement initially ~10–15 hours/week with potential to increase to ~25–35 hours/week. Minimum initial term: 3 months.
Responsibilities
• Run live product demonstrations and tailored walkthroughs of the platform for prospects and partners.
• Lead technical Q&A and deeper technical discovery with prospects, including CXO and senior project audiences.
• Prepare demo environments, collateral, and follow‑up materials tailored to prospect/partner needs.
• Own post‑demo follow‑up activities: clarify technical requirements, capture feedback, and move opportunities toward pilot agreements.
• Support pilot scoping, onboarding readiness, and definition of success criteria with prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering to translate prospect needs into integration and deployment plans with major ERP platforms and cloud providers.
• Represent the platform credibly in partner and OEM conversations and help qualify partner‑led vs. direct enterprise motions.
• Maintain confidentiality and operate appropriately under NDAs for active opportunities.
Qualifications
• Proven pre‑sales, solutions engineering, or GTM engineering experience supporting enterprise software sales, ideally in AI/decision‑intelligence, ERP/PSA, BI, project management, or operational/workforce systems.
• Comfortable presenting to and engaging with CXO and senior project leadership audiences.
• Strong demo skills: building compelling, prospect‑relevant demonstrations and tailoring technical narratives to business outcomes.
• Hands‑on familiarity with integrations to major ERP/PSA/financial systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience scoping pilots and driving pilot agreements to measurable success criteria.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; responsive in fast‑moving, small‑team environments.
• Available to start immediately and commit to the fractional cadence (initially ~10–15 hrs/week; ability to scale to higher hours if needed).
