About This
Role
I have built a brand with a real, engaged audience of entrepreneurs who already follow and trust me. I have the frameworks, the clients, the case studies, the funnels, and a lane the research says is wide open for me to own. What I do not have yet is the one person who takes the marketing off my plate and runs with it.
I have a team I trust and people who do excellent work. We have grown to the point where marketing needs its own owner {because I am the bottleneck}, so I'm ready to hand it to that person. This is the first big girl marketing hire I am making, and it is the start of a marketing department.
You would be building it, not babysitting somebody else's machine. From the high-level strategy all the way down to the posts that go out, it lives with you. Here is what makes this different from most marketing roles.

I have offers that work, and I'm not selling anywhere near as many of them as I could be, because the promotional calendar is in my head. When I get pulled deep into client work, the marketing slows down. The emails that should be going out get pushed, and the funnel that was winning gets left to fatigue, and by the time I look up, we have lost months of momentum we never
