About the role
To support the Customer Success team, the part-time Fractional Head of Customer Success will manage two Customer Success Managers, oversee the full customer lifecycle, and build out the customer success team while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage and mentor the Customer Success Managers to improve team performance Oversee the entire customer lifecycle from pilot through expansion Conduct interviews, hiring, and onboarding for the customer success team Required qualifications Experience as a VP of Customer Success or Head of Customer Success in VC-backed B2B startups Significant experience in managing customer success teams and setting performance standards Proven ability to design and implement the full customer success lifecycle Comfortable working on an hourly basis and tracking hours efficiently Based in the USA or Canada
