About the role
One Community Church is seeking a Director of Data & AI Innovation to lead the church's AI strategy, data governance, and privacy oversight across campuses and the virtual church. This fractional executive role focuses on guiding AI adoption, policy, and secure data practices while building a volunteer Data & AI ministry. The Director will develop AI-driven tools, oversee information security and privacy, and report ministry insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
