About the role
We're looking for a fractional AI Evangelist for a higher ed AI innovation studio environment.
The work is greenfield: rethinking how administrative work actually gets done at a prominent university — marketing, finance, enrollment, admissions, advancement — and helping teachers and administrators redesign around what's now possible.
Part of this role is spending time in a physical space or AI commons type concept, helping faculty and admin in trainings and working session on applications of AI
The right person:
→ Has led technology at an organization, or advised at a senior consulting level
→ Is comfortable one-on-one with executives — including disagreeing with them
→ Knows enterprise AI architecture well enough to say what won't work, not just what might
→ Has changed how a team works, not just what tools it uses
Fractional advisory, roughly 4–8 hours a week. Not a full-time position.
