Additional benefits available.BVRG is looking for a hands-on Operations & AI Automation Consultant to help us simplify processes, connect systems, and improve how our agency works. You'll work closely with leadership, internal teams, and client stakeholders to identify opportunities, design better workflows, and build practical solutions using AI and automation with a strong focus on, Ramp, and other Operational processes This is a part-time contract role structured around defined projects and deliverables. You'll remain closely involved with the team, with a focus on strategy, process design, implementation, and handoff to the people responsible for daily execution.What You'll DoIdentify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and opportunities to improve processes across operations, finance, and client services.Translate business needs into clear project plans with defined priorities, deliverables, and measurable outcomes.Build AI-supported workflows that reduce manual work and improve accuracy.Develop and troubleshoot integrations using APIs, webhooks, and tools such as Make, Zapier etc. Optimize boards, automations, dashboards, integrations, and AI capabilities.Collaborate across teams and client programs to develop solutions that fit their needs.Test solutions and establish appropriate safeguards, human review, and error notifications.Create clear documentation, train users, and hand completed processes over to designated owners.Review results after implementation and make improvements where needed.What You BringDemonstrated experience improving business processes through automation and systems integration.Strong hands-on experience, including advanced workflows, dashboards, automations, and integrations.Experience implementing AI in business workflows.Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, authentication, and integration troubleshooting.Experience with Make, Zapier, or similar automation platforms.The ability to move from identifying a problem to building a working solution.Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.The ability to manage defined projects independently within a part-time schedule.Sound judgment around confidential information, system access, and human oversight.Agency or professional services experience, basic scripting skills, and familiarity with HR or finance workflows are a plus.Engagement & CompensationPart-time, ongoing contract engagement.Project-based priorities and deliverables, with regular team collaboration.Annual compensation of $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience and agreed scope.Additional benefits available; details will be discussed during the interview process. xhyhwjd Expected hours and availability will be agreed upon before the engagement begins.
