Fractional HR | ~3+ Months Contract Role | 10-15 hrs/wk
A PE-backed manufacturer in growth mode (50%+ YoY) needs interim HR support.
In order to sustain this growth, the team is looking to bolster their highly capable HR team with some additional support. This is hands-on, roll up your sleeve, tackle everything type of role. Quickly assess current state, build a work plan and then execute against that plan.
Onsite presence upfront, hybrid thereafter. Pittsburgh area. Looking for 10-15 hours/week.
