About the role
Koop Commons is an emerging NYC wellness café and consumer brand built around coffee, matcha and community.
We’re creating a modern gathering place around rituals people already love — great coffee, matcha and tea — with optional functional ingredients such as protein, collagen, magnesium and other wellness additions.But Koop Commons is intended to be more than a place to get a drink. We want to build a community around wellness, connection and discovery — through events, collaborations, creators, local partnerships and experiences that give people a reason to come back beyond the product itself. Our ambition goes beyond one café. We want to build a culturally relevant wellness and lifestyle brand that can expand across New York and ultimately nationally.
We’re looking for a senior, hands-on Fractional Head of Brand & Growth to help shape and execute our launch.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with strong consumer-brand experience across wellness, beauty, food & beverage, fitness, fashion, hospitality or other culturally relevant lifestyle categories.
This is not primarily a social media management role. We’re looking for someone who combines strong brand instincts, cultural awareness and creative thinking with the willingness to actually execute.
The initial engagement will be approximately 8–10 weeks, with the possibility of continuing as the brand grows. Some in-person availability in Manhattan will be required during the launch period.
