Fractional CTO required for fast growth Founder-Led AI product (Claude Code + Supabase)
Job Description
I'm the founder of a startup platform connecting independent consultants with client companies. We're rebuilding within our team it from Airtable into a proper Supabase app using Claude Code (AI pair-programming), and we're looking for an experienced technical coach/ CTO.
What you'd do:
Guide on tech strategy
Review our plans and direction
Help me think through architecture decisions
Spot-check my Claude Code output for security gaps, bad data modeling, fragile patterns
Be a sounding board when I'm stuck
Occasionally build a feature yourself, hands-on — the exception, not the job
Stack: Supabase (Postgres, auth, storage), Vercel/GitHub, AI-assisted frontend, migrating off a messy Airtable base.
Good fit if you:
Have fractional CTO experience
Have real production Supabase/Postgres and full-stack experience
Have used AI coding tools or can critically review AI-generated code
Can explain trade-offs clearly to a mid-level-technical founder, not a career engineer
Are comfortable coaching, not just doing
