Role Description This is a part-time remote role with a focus on AI-enabled full-stack solutions. This role involves leading technical discovery with clients, guides product and platform architecture, and ensures alignment between technical initiatives and business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include managing client-facing communication, leading software development direction, reviewing technical designs, and mentoring engineering teams. The role also involves establishing best practices for AI integration, security, performance, and reliability, while evaluating new technologies and vendors that support the company’s IT support mission.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Software Development skills, including full-stack engineering and experience integrating AI/ML capabilities into production systems. Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to oversee technical initiatives, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess Product Development skills to shape technical requirements, influence product direction, and support iterative delivery. Experience leading remote engineering teams and influencing stakeholders at an executive level. Background in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and modern development workflows (CI/CD, DevOps). Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on reliability and trust in IT service delivery. Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
