Fractional COO — E-commerce Brand ($3M Revenue)

Velvet & Co is a DTC e-commerce brand doing $3M in annual revenue. We need a fractional COO to build our operational backbone — supply chain, fulfillment, team structure, and process design.

• *What you'll do:**
• Optimize supply chain and fulfillment operations
• Build SOPs for core business processes
• Hire and manage operations team members
• Create dashboards and reporting systems
• Support the founder in strategic planning

• *What we're looking for:**
• E-commerce operations experience (DTC preferred)
• Track record of building ops teams from scratch
• Experience with 3PL management and supply chain optimization
