Fractional COO — Operations, AI & Automations

TheFutureSociety is the company behind Great Awakener, MAX, and The Tarot Ship, a YouTube channel with 293K+ subscribers.
We’re looking for a hands-on Fractional COO to help scale our operations through better systems, automation, and thoughtful use of AI.
What You’ll Do
• Build and optimize operational systems and workflows.
• Identify and implement automation and AI opportunities.
• Drive cross-functional projects from idea to completion.
• Improve team processes, accountability, and communication.
• Establish and track key KPIs and operational metrics.
• Support hiring, team structure, and onboarding as we grow.
• Work closely with the Founder and Operations Assistant to turn priorities into execution.
Who We’re Looking For
• Proven experience in operations and scaling businesses.
• Hands-on with systems, automation, and AI tools—you build, not just advise.
• Highly organized, proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led company.
This is a builder/operator role—not a traditional consulting position.
