Fractional CMO/COO

We have an ecommerce store doing 6,000 orders per month.

• We have a 24/7 customer service team that needs ongoing training and general management.

• We have 2 developers on payroll for our in-house software platform for order packing and marketing. They need help sometimes with direction, and pointing out bugs to fix.

• We also are constantly adding products, which will need someone to coordinate with each member of the team involved with getting it live on the website.

• We also run marketing campaigns 1-3 times per week, and need someone who can manage this. This involves Figma skills, copywriting, and a general pulse on the daily sales. There's also room to automate parts of this with AI.

To summarize: There's a lot of moving parts in our business, that we as business owners constantly are connecting the dots for. We're looking for someone well rounded, who can remotely manage the team full time, 7 days a week to ensure productivity and efficiency. Skills in building systems, using AI, English, and general sales and marketing will be tremendously valuble to this position.
