Fractional CMO Needed (Part-Time, Long-Term) – Performance Marketing + KPI Dashboard
We’re looking for a high-level fractional CMO (US-based) to join us part-time and help lead our marketing as we scale from ~$10M to $20M over the next 2–3 years.
We are a Bay Area home services company (rodent exclusion + insulation), and we already have active marketing across multiple channels. What we need now is structure, clarity, and high-level oversight.
Current setup:
Google Ads (managed with a dedicated specialist)
Facebook Ads (managed with a dedicated specialist)
Yelp Ads
SEO
Print campaigns
CRM: Housecall Pro
Support / communication: Zendesk
Execution team in place (you will not be doing everything yourself)
The problem:
We are spending significantly on marketing and are in a current stage of building our KPI Dashboard
1. Where leads are actually coming from
2. Cost per lead / cost per acquisition by channel
3. What is truly driving revenue
Top priority:
Build a reliable KPI dashboard and attribution system that gives us full visibility into performance across all channels.
What you’ll be responsible for:
High-level strategy and oversight across all marketing channels
Audit current campaigns and identify what’s actually working
Build and implement a clear KPI dashboard
Fix attribution (calls, forms, lead sources)
Work with our existing team and specialists (not replace them)
Guide decisions on where to scale and where to cut
Who we’re looking for:
Plus if you have strong experience in home services (HVAC, pest control, plumbing, etc.)
Has worked with companies in the $5M–$20M range
Deep understanding of local lead generation and call-driven businesses
Proven experience building KPI dashboards and attribution systems
Strong strategic thinker, not just execution
Comfortable leading and working with existing team members
