We're hiring a growth leader who owns the strategy AND the numbers.
The Leader NU Institute develops leaders who successfully implement AI across organizations. We're scaling — and we need someone to build our marketing engine from the ground up.
This is a fractional engagement designed to transition into a full-time executive seat as we grow.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN
You'll lead all marketing, branding, lead generation, and growth initiatives while building a scalable, measurable marketing function.
Develop and own LNU's annual marketing strategy
Manage all marketing budgets with accountability for ROI
Oversee digital advertising across channels
Direct content strategy — brand, thought leadership, and demand gen
Build strategic partnerships that extend reach and pipeline
Manage agencies and contractors to measurable outcomes
Analyze KPIs and ROI, reporting directly to the CEO
Align every marketing dollar to revenue

✅ WHAT YOU BRING
10+ years of B2B marketing leadership
Professional services or education marketing experience
Hands-on with LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
CRM and marketing automation experience
Executive communication skills — comfortable advising a CEO

COMPENSATION (Year One, Contract)
Monthly Retainer: $4,500
Quarterly Performance Bonus:
– 250 qualified leads → $2,500
– 500 qualified leads → $5,000
– $500K in attributed pipeline → $5,000
Annual Contract Value: $54,000–$70,000
Transitions to full-time after sustained revenue growth.
Pay: $54,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
