Fractional CEO (3 North American Tech & Impact Subsidiaries) – West Africa Operations

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Fractional CEO to oversee and scale three high-impact tech and social enterprise subsidiaries in West Africa ,starting with Ghana & Nigeria. This executive role balances strategic leadership, cross-border operations, fundraising, and aggressive growth execution across West Africa.

• ·Digital Due Diligence & Scam Mitigation Platform: A global investigative solution combining digital intelligence with local field verifiers to conduct physical due diligence and combat online fraud. Headquartered in California, USA.
• ·Hardware & Wireless Alert Solution: A fast-growing smart notification and paging technology providing offline alerts for hospitality, healthcare, and commercial sectors. Generates steady revenue currentlty through device sales and rentals in Ghana and Nigeria . Headquartered in Halifax, Canada.
• ·Legal Tech & Human Rights Platform: A charitable digital system connecting victims of human rights violations with qualified pro bono legal representation and tracking cases through full legal resolution. Headquartered in California, USA.

Key Responsibilities

1. 1.Strategic Leadership & Vision: Align operations, execution roadmaps, and cross-functional teams with long-term company goals.

1. 1.Global Coordination & Target Execution: Coordinate distributed teams across North America and Africa to drive growth and hit regional performance benchmarks.

1. 1.Operational Optimization: Streamline day-to-day workflows, establish operational KPIs, and build process efficiency.

1. 1.Financial Oversight: Manage company budgets, cash flow forecasting, spending, and capital allocation strategies.

1. 1.Team Management & Alignment: Hire, mentor, and manage regional managers and freelancers to ensure team accountability and synergy.

1. 1.Fundraising & Investor Relations: Prepare pitch decks, manage communications with investors, and lead capital-raising initiatives.

1. 1.Go-to-Market (GTM) Expansion: Guide customer acquisition, brand positioning, and sales pipeline optimization across all three brands.

1. 1.Governance & Stakeholder Management: Deliver periodic operational reports to the Board of Directors, Advisors, and Key Stakeholders.

Supervisory Jurisdiction & Regional Expansion

• ·Current Operations: Direct oversight of active representatives and field operations in Ghana and Nigeria.
• ·Regional Expansion: Establish operational representation in Benin, Togo, and Côte d'Ivoire by Q1 2027.

Monthly KPIs & Deliverables

• ·Scam Mitigation Platform: Secure at least 1 partnership monthly with an African government cybersecurity agency or enterprise business entity.
• ·Wireless Alert Solution: Generate a minimum of $3,000 monthly in combined device sales and rentals.
• ·Legal Tech Platform: Onboard a minimum of 10 pro-bono lawyers monthly and process at least 2 verified case reports.
