We are looking for a hands‑on Chief Financial Officer to join a fast‑growing organization operating in the telecom and infrastructure space. This is not a traditional corporate finance role, it requires a leader who can operate close to the business, support field operations and drive financial discipline in a project‑driven environment.
The ideal candidate understands the realities of contractor‑based operations and can translate financial insights into actionable decisions that impact execution, profitability, and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- ·Proven experience in telecom, utilities, infrastructure, or construction contracting
- ·Strong background in project‑based / field‑driven environments
- ·Hands‑on approach — comfortable working in a build‑and‑scale setting , not just at a strategic level
- ·Experience with job costing, margin analysis, and operational finance
- ·Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, evolving organization
- ·Leadership experience with finance teams
- ·CPA or relevant financial background preferred
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- ·Strong experience in telecom, utilities, infrastructure, or construction contracting environments
- ·Deep understanding of project‑based finance, job costing, and operational margins
- ·Proven ability to operate in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role , not just strategic oversight
- ·Solid knowledge of cash flow management, working capital, and financial controls
- ·Experience supporting field operations and project‑driven business models
- ·Ability to work in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment
- ·Strong leadership and team management skills
- ·CPA or equivalent financial qualification preferred
