About the Role

The Company is seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide executive finance leadership and organizational stability during a key transition. The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance executive with a background in healthcare services and/or tech-enabled healthcare, particularly in a PE-backed environment. The role is focused on continuity, partnering with the CEO, board, and ownership group on financial performance and reporting, and leading the existing finance and accounting organization.

Key responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational finance activities, as well as ensuring continuity across finance operations, controls, and stakeholder communications. Applicants for the Interim CFO position at the company should have prior experience as a CFO, with a preference for those who have worked in interim or transitional assignments. A strong background in managing complex revenue recognition environments is essential.

The role does not involve turnaround or transformation work but is highly visible and requires direct interaction across leadership, ownership, and key stakeholders.
