Interim CFO (Fractional)

A company is looking for an Interim CFO (Fractional) for a fully remote consulting engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide oversight of the accounting function to ensure continuity of operations Review and approve monthly financial statements and statutory reporting obligations Evaluate banking partners and identify process improvements in financial operations Required Qualifications Strong insurance finance background with statutory accounting and regulatory compliance experience Prior experience in a larger, structured insurance environment (preferred) Availability to commit to approximately 40-60 hours per month Strong leadership and oversight skills during transition periods CPA or CMA designation (preferred)
