Fractional VP of Operations

A company is looking for a Vice President of Operations to instill operational rigor and drive cross-functional alignment. Key Responsibilities Drive operational visibility and daily performance improvement through clear KPIs and dashboards Own licensing, credentialing, and multi-state expansion operations to ensure compliance and timely market launches Build and implement an execution system for clinical operations initiatives with clear ownership and measurable outcomes Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in healthcare operations, particularly in clinical operations within rapidly scaling organizations Prior experience in a senior leadership role such as Head of Operations or VP of Operations Demonstrated ability to build and scale operational systems in high-growth healthcare environments Deep familiarity with provider licensing, credentialing, and multi-state healthcare expansion Strong experience implementing operating systems and KPI dashboards to improve execution and accountability
