What this looks like:
You'd join the later stages of our sales process to handle technical conversations, help scope projects, and build confidence with clients. From there you'd have the option to lead delivery or hand off to our internal team.
What we're looking for:
Strong background in AI development and system architecture
Comfortable speaking with business stakeholders and clients
Able to scope, estimate, and explain technical solutions clearly
Entrepreneurial mindset — this is a partnership, not a traditional contract
Compensation:
Commission paid on every closed deal you support
Hourly rate or project percentage for any delivery work
Flexible structure — open to discussion
