- Create onboarding and training programs
- Establish HR policies and compliance
- Support leadership team development
- *Requirements:**
- 10+ years in HR leadership roles
- Experience scaling companies through rapid growth
- Knowledge of employment law and compliance
- Experience building people ops from scratch
- Tech startup experience preferred
