About the role
Fractional Chief of Staff / Strategic Advisor – Growing AI Business (Part-Time)
About Us
I’m an entrepreneur based in Atlanta, GA, running a growing AI-focused business with a global team of 5–7 people.
We operate across both products and services, including AI apps, technology advisory, solution architecture and development, training, content creation, and events.
We’re currently experiencing a growth spurt, with multiple opportunities, projects, and initiatives happening simultaneously.
I’m looking for an experienced Fractional Chief of Staff / Strategic Advisor who can help me navigate this next stage of growth.
What I’m Looking For
I’m looking for someone who can be a combination of strategic thought partner, experienced operator, and founder coach.
This is not a traditional executive assistant or project management role.
I need someone who can help me think through decisions, challenge my assumptions, bring structure to the business, and ensure we’re focused on the right priorities.
Ideally, you’ve worked with founders or CEOs of growing businesses and understand the challenges of scaling a small, entrepreneurial organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Prioritization

- ·Help evaluate competing priorities and identify where to focus.

- ·Balance immediate revenue opportunities with long-term business growth.
Business Operations & Execution

- ·Help establish goals, priorities, and operating rhythms.
- ·Improve delegation and coordination across a small global team.

Growth & Business Development
- ·Help evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives.
- ·Provide guidance on scaling both products and services.
- ·Help refine offerings, business models, and go-to-market strategies.
- ·Support the transition from a founder-driven business to a more scalable organization.
Founder Advisory & Coaching
- ·Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner.
- ·Help me stay focused and accountable.
- ·Provide candid feedback and challenge my thinking.
- ·Help me become more effective as a founder and business leader.
Ideal Background
- ·Experience as a Chief of Staff, COO, entrepreneur, business advisor, or executive coach.
- ·Experience working directly with founders and CEOs.
- ·Proven experience helping small businesses grow and scale.
- ·Strong strategic thinking combined with practical execution skills.
- ·Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
- ·Experience in technology, SaaS, consulting, or professional services is preferred.
- ·Familiarity with AI and emerging technologies is a plus.
Bonus: You’ve personally built, operated, or scaled a small business and understand the journey firsthand.

How to Apply
Please share:
- 1.Your experience working directly with founders or CEOs of growing businesses.
- 1.An example of how you’ve helped a small business scale or navigate a period of rapid growth.
- 1.Whether your strengths lean more toward strategic advisory, operational execution, or a combination of both.

I’m not looking for someone who simply agrees with me or executes assigned tasks. I’m looking for someone who brings experience, independent thinking, and practical advice — someone who can help me build a stronger, more scalable business.
