Fractional Chief Financial Officer

We value experience in several key areas: • Driving strategic direction of a business • Identifying and mitigating risks • Increasing profitability and improving cash flow • Sourcing funding and facilitating business exits • Tightening compliance and optimizing tax and legal frameworks • Implementing KPI reporting and enhancing systems and controls • Managing mergers and acquisitions • Reviewing and refining business plans

This self-employed role operates under a defined model, blending team support with the autonomy to deliver tailored outcomes for your clients. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Global Operations or your Regional Director, alongside a collegial team of CFOs. Requirements: • A minimum of 5 years as a CFO in your finance career • Certification as a CPA/CMA or possession of an MBA or finance degree • A robust network and passion for meeting new people, fostering business, and ensuring client satisfaction

We are committed to providing comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, and a global network for sharing best practices. The income potential varies depending on your client portfolio, with earnings of up to $250,000 per annum, subject to client load and regional considerations.

Minimum commitment of 3 days a week is expected.
