About the role
We are looking for an experienced fractional CFO to provide strategic financial leadership and hands-on oversight for a business. This contract position is ideal for a senior finance leader who can strengthen reporting accuracy, improve cash visibility, and support sound capital planning. The role combines executive-level guidance with day-to-day financial stewardship, making it well suited for someone who is comfortable balancing strategy, analysis, and operational execution.Responsibilities:

- ·Prepare and review accurate monthly financial results, ensuring timely close activities and clear communication of key trends and variances.
- ·Monitor cash position and forecast liquidity needs to help maintain financial stability and support ongoing operations.
- ·Guide capital planning efforts by evaluating funding priorities, resource allocation, and overall financial health.
- ·Develop and enhance financial reporting packages that provide leadership with meaningful, decision-ready information.
- ·Assess and improve business systems and finance-related workflows to increase efficiency, control, and reporting reliability.
- ·Partner with internal stakeholders to establish sound financial practices, strengthen accountability, and support business objectives.
- ·Provide high-level controllership support, including oversight of financial processes, compliance considerations, and reporting standards.
