Dint+ is building an AI-powered super app centered around Your AI, personalized AI agents that can communicate, assist, connect people, and operate across a broader ecosystem of services.
We're preparing for our first institutional financing round and are looking for an experienced Fractional CFO / Fundraising & Finance Advisor to join us during the pre-funding stage.
Our founder leads product, technology, and company strategy, and we've recently brought on a Strategic Advisor focused on qualified investor introductions, strategic partnerships, and business development. We are now building out the financial and fundraising side of the team as investor conversations begin.
We're looking for someone with real experience helping venture-backed technology companies raise institutional capital who can work directly with the Founder/CEO and Strategic Advisor on financial modeling, projections, fundraising strategy, capitalization and dilution scenarios, investor materials, data-room preparation, due diligence, and investor meetings.
Experience with AI, consumer technology, marketplaces, SaaS, or high-growth startups is highly relevant. Existing VC/investor relationships are a strong plus.
This is initially a sweat-equity/advisory position rather than a salaried role, with the potential to grow into a larger position following financing. Equity would be structured based on contribution, responsibilities, milestones, and vesting.
