About the role
SMB Team is seeking a full‑time internal Fractional CTO to deliver AI readiness assessments and ongoing fractional CTO services to a portfolio of small law firms. You will help clients adopt AI tools, strengthen their tech infrastructure, and build internal capability.
The salary for this role is $150,000–$160,000 annually based on experience. This position offers a flexible work arrangement with travel as needed.
