About the role
Seeking accomplished healthcare leaders, the remote Member of the Board of Advisors - Fractional CFO Strategy will provide strategic guidance on growth, market opportunities, and partnerships while advising on healthcare trends and supporting healthcare startups with approximately 2-4 hours of commitment per month. Key responsibilities
Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, partnerships, investment focus, and long-term vision Advise on healthcare market trends, emerging opportunities, startup evaluation, founder support, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across various healthcare sectors, including clinical care, digital health, and biotech
Required qualifications
Significant experience in healthcare, medicine, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, advisory, or entrepreneurial experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance to support healthcare startups Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation and advisory activities
