Key responsibilities
- ·Provide strategic guidance on Healthcare Shares' growth, positioning, and long-term vision
- ·Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and founder support
- ·Contribute leadership insight across clinical care, healthcare operations, and investment themes
Required qualifications
- ·Significant experience in healthcare, life sciences, venture capital, or related fields
- ·Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience
- ·Strong professional network within healthcare and innovation ecosystems
- ·Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance
- ·Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board activities
